Best book of my medical career

This is absolutely completely useful. I'll probably be using this book for the rest of my life. It's got emergency information and continuous care info; pediatrics and ob-gyn; common and uncommon diseases, and best of all, it's written with considerations of low income settings. It's basically the best book I've bought in my medical career, and I carry it with me all the time. I'm trying to memorize it, actually.
You should buy it.

Very helpful book working in the tropics

A very good book which is worth reading
and having with you in the tropics as medical doctor from the West.
But: it seems at first site less professionally structured compared to the Oxford Handbook of internal medicine.
